We turn your ideas into a visual design with an itemized price covering materials, structure, and timeline. You'll know exactly what you're getting and what it'll cost before we start. The price we quote will only change if you decide to change something.
Every deck we build is permitted, engineered, and inspected, and you keep the stamped drawings. You'll never chase the city, schedule an inspector, or have to worry if your deck is properly built.
Your project manager runs the crew and the schedule and updates you as often as you asked. Your yard gets cleaned at the end of every day, your landscaping gets protected, and the framing you'll never see gets the same care as the boards you will.
We walk the finished deck together and everything on your list gets handled before we call it done. Then we're always a phone call away. After that, the structure is guaranteed for five full years. If something isn't right, give us a call and we'll make it right.
